My Role
As a part of a 3 people team, consisted of a Project Owner, one designers and myself. After the information architecture and process flows were established through an intensive five day workshop my colleagues and I split the design work and development by features. I was the lead for Trade in, Credit application and Reservation. I was responsible for creating all the screens and working closely with the Product and development team.
Challenges
Tight deadlines to create the app from scratch to be able to demo to dealers for NADA conference with only 2 designer who had to do research, ideation, design and testing all together.
Research
Started our research by watching customer journey videos on Auryc and app analytics using Adobe analytics tool.
Dealer Interviews
Visited several dealership and interview sales reps that have been using the app and got valuable feedback on the user expectations.
Early Ideation
Spent 5 days in a conference room ideating on a white board with fellow designer and product owner, creating user flow, information architect and story boards.
