Cadillac leasing, a concept application to help customers return their current vehicle and upgrade to a new vehicle.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
Native IOS and Android app to help Cadillac customers to upgrade to a new lease and complete the paper work before visiting the dealership to reduce the wait time.
CHALLENGES
Don’t have a current application like this to understand how the app should work. Dealers would not co-operate to give information.
MY ROLE
I lead the visual design, research. Worked closely with the product owners and BAs to achieve requirements.
PROCESS
Research
Meet with employees at dealerships to get requirements
Work with developers and product owners on what the possibilities and restrictions are on the design
Concept
Create process flows, wireframes and review the layout with the Users, Product Owners and Development team
Prototyping
Create a hi-fidelity clickable prototype to conduct user tests and for the development team to understand the flow
Testing
Conduct user tests at the dealership to get quick validation
